Amanora wins National Award for Excellence in Renewable Energy, 2016 for its contribution towards reducing global warming by providing clean, sustained and green energy to our society by saving 27 Lac tons of carbon emission per year by using wind energy, solar energy, and LED lighting. Some other people/industries which have achieved the same are- Bajaj, Tata, Jindal steel, Lupin and many more. Whereas only City Group further utilizes the renewable energy for the Amanora Citizens. Also, PMO of Amanora has committed to reduce 35% pollution through Renewable energy by 2035 with implementation of PPP model to reduce global warming. City Corporation has got an award for it’s small contribution to reduce global warming and providing clean, sustained and green energy to our Society. The award was received by Mr. Pradeep Mishra, General Manager, City Corporation Limited by the hands of Prof. Indira J Parikh, former Founder President of FLAME (Foundation for Liberal and Management Education).
