To begin with , we will take the details of the person you wish to refer ,from you. Will check whether he/she is already registered with us earlier. If already registered, then reference provided is not eligible for loyalty payouts, If not registered earlier then its eligible and we establish contact with him/her.
If your referred person books an apartment at Amanora, you get reward points equivalent to 0.5% of the agreement value. You can either encash/redeem these points as below:
*Value of each point is Rs. 10. So if your friend books an apartment worth Rs. 1 Cr., you are eligible to get Rs. 50000 as reward and thus 5000 reward points.
You can encash your points against cash. In that case, value of each point is Rs. 10
