The International Conference on Innovations in Sustainable Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems ( ISWATS 2016 ) was held on 21st April 2016 at Amanora, Pune. The conference was attended by eminent thinkers and innovators in the water and sanitation community and showcased a set of specific intervention sites in India with replication potential. Sustainability assessments covering human health, environmental, economic, institutional and social aspects were talking points at the gathering.
