Special Status Granted: Amanora Is Now An Integrated Township In Pune

We feel delighted to inform all our patrons that Amanora Park Town has been granted the status of Integrated Township Project by the Maharashtra government. Which means, the Township will now come under the ambit of the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) instead of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).

Mr. Aniruddha Deshpande, CEO, City Corporation Limited had sought the change in status as the PMC didn’t have any policy for integrated townships. Here onwards, the Township will get all the sanctions from the PMRDA, which is good news from the point of view of development. According to the provisions under Sub-Section (2) of Section 44 and Regulation No. 7(a) of the Special Township Regulations, an additional land area of 18.5621 hectares from the Hadapsar and Manjari areas will be incorporated in the special township project. Mr. Deshpande took the decision to submit this proposal in order to make further development seamless.

Amanora has always stayed true to its promise of offering a hassle-free lifestyle to its residents. It was designed with the view of offering a city-within-a-city experience, and has schools, shopping centre, club, mall and a 26-acre garden within its perimeter as of today. When built in its entirety, it will even house a railway station within the township premises! Owing to such a well-planned infrastructure, all the places important to its residents are just a comfortable walk away from them. What’s more, they also experience the joys of living in a thoughtfully planned, uncluttered, pollution-free and peaceful environment.

This change of status will aid our management’s efforts to build an ideal township to say the least. Now, in the years to come, we can say with even more conviction that Amanora Park Town will be an example of living in not just India, but across the whole world.
